Insurance Billing
We file your claims, post payments, work denials, and stay on top of aging, so you collect more of what you are owed.
Learn more →Billed per location. We charge on what we collect for you, not on what we bill out.
Patient Billing
We handle the patient side: statements, follow-up calls, and payment plans, so your front desk does not have to.
Learn more →Billed per location. Statements are included rather than billed per piece.
Insurance Verification
We verify coverage and write the complete insurance breakdown back into your PMS before the appointment, so you know what is covered before you treat.
Learn more →Billed per location. Expedited verification, on less than two business days' notice, adds $2.00 per patient.
AR Recovery
We work your aged insurance AR, the old claims, denials, and underpayments that have stalled out, and recover what is collectible.
Learn more →We review your claims first and quote from the volume and age of the bucket. We take no percentage of what we recover.
Each rate applies only to its own band.
The tiers are graduated. Crossing into the next tier never changes the rate on the collections below it. Here is a practice collecting$200,000 in insurance in one month.
| Band | Rate | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| First $100,000 | 3.50% | $3,500 |
| Next $50,000 | 3.00% | $1,500 |
| Last $50,000 | 2.50% | $1,250 |
| Total for the month | $6,250 | |

Common pricing questions.
Do you charge on collections or on production?
Insurance billing is charged on collections, so we are paid on money that actually landed in your account rather than on what we billed out. Patient billing is a flat fee against net production, because that work does not get easier when patients pay slowly. AR recovery is a fixed project fee.
How do the percentage tiers work?
They are graduated. Each rate applies only to the collections inside its band, not to the whole amount. A practice collecting $200,000 in a month pays 3.50% on the first $100,000, 3.00% on the next $50,000, and 2.50% on the last $50,000, which comes to $6,250 for the month.
Is there an onboarding fee?
No. There is no onboarding fee, no setup fee, and no charge to move your billing over. You pay for the first month of service and nothing before it.
Is there a monthly minimum?
For insurance billing, practices collecting under $40,000 a month pay a flat $1,400. Above that the percentage tiers apply. Verification has no monthly base fee, so a month with no verification requests costs nothing.
Is there a contract?
The agreement is month-to-month with no minimum commitment and no termination fee. If we are not earning the fee, you can leave with 30 days' notice.
How is AR recovery priced?
As a one-time project fee starting at $2,500, fixed before the work starts. We review your aged claims first and quote from the volume and age of what is there. We take no percentage of what we recover.
Is pricing per location or per practice?
Per location. Each location is priced on its own collections or production. Groups and DSOs running several locations are quoted together, so ask on the call rather than adding the tiers up yourself.
What if we only want one of the four services?
That is normal. The four are priced separately and bought separately. Plenty of practices start with AR recovery as a one-time project, or take verification on its own while keeping claims in house.
